Writing Conferences Everywhere!

  • Aug 1, 2025

Whether you're a new writer or seasoned one, writers need to attend writing conferences.

Three reasons to attend a writing conference:

  • You were never meant to write alone.

  • You get to meet others who get you.

  • You meet editors, agents and publishers.

  • You will become a better writer.

Okay, that's four reasons, but there are many more I could mention! I want you to consider the conference list below that someone shared with me. Are there any near you?

Some conferences may offer early bird pricing as well as scholarships and contest opportunities.

When the Work as a Writer Crowds Out the Word

I've been a Martha lately. Not the kind who gets credit for showing up. The kind who can't stop moving. Who answers one more email, accepts one more project, says yes one more time, and calls it faith
