If Only: Allowing God into My Writing
If only I had more time, resources, and creative ideas. There’s never enough time for me to answer my emails, add to my blog post, respond to FB posts, or edit manuscripts. I often find myself saying, “if only.” I don’t want to add to my list if only I’d spent time with God. When I neglect my time with Him, I find my if only turns into I can’t. National Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept. 15 - Oct. 15)
National Hispanic Heritage Month honors the culture, heritage, and contributions of Hispanic Americans each year. The event began in 1968 to celebrate the contributions and achievements of the diverse cultures within the Hispanic community. In honor of the month, I want to give a shoutout to my friend and fellow author Xochitl Dixon who wrote the children's book Different Like Me. A New Perspective
When I meet first-time authors and even some seasoned ones, I love their excitement as they share about their manuscripts.
